Welcome to Future MVP Soccer Academy! By signing up for or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Agreement
1.1. By registering for training sessions at Future MVP Soccer Academy, you agree to adhere to all the rules and regulations set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Future MVP Soccer Academy reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued participation will signify acceptance of those changes.
2. Registration and Account Information
2.1. Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process.
2.2. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian (for participants under 18) to ensure the accuracy of the child’s information.
2.3. All accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred or assigned to any other individual without prior approval from Future MVP Soccer Academy.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. All training fees must be paid in full before participation in any session.
3.2. Payment can be made through the payment methods outlined on our website.
3.3. Any fees for missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.
4. Dress Code for Training
4.1. Wearing the official Future MVP Soccer Academy shirt is required for all practice sessions.
4.2. Participants are expected to wear the shirt for the duration of training to promote a sense of unity and identity within the academy.
4.3. The shirt must be worn visibly during all training sessions. Failure to wear the shirt may result in being excluded from the session.
5. Conduct and Behavior
5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow athletes at all times.
5.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others may result in suspension or removal from the academy.
5.3. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children during training sessions and events.
6. Liability and Waiver
6.1. Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and assume the risks inherent in sports activities, including potential injury.
6.2. Future MVP Soccer Academy will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during training sessions or events.
6.3. By registering for services, participants and parents/guardians waive any claims against the academy related to these activities.
7. Photography and Video Consent
7.1. By participating in training sessions, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during training for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2. If you do not wish for your child to appear in media, please notify the academy in writing.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. If a session must be canceled by Future MVP Soccer Academy, participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled session or refund.
8.2. Canceled sessions by participants will be refunded only half of the session fee.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
